Karnataka Hijab case: Karnataka High Court postpones hearing
The hearing of the Karnataka High Court case has been postponed to Tuesday (February 15).
The High Court has already issued an interim order for the case, directing students in school and college not to wear any religious garb until the final verdict of the case. The bench also clarified that the restriction will apply to schools and colleges that have issued dress code.
Debatat Kamat on behalf of the petitioner, AG Prabhuling Navadagi and others on behalf of the government. A three-judge bench has been set up to hear the Hijab controversy.
